Presentation video

A 1 to 3-minute video combining ground-level exterior shots with drone overflights creates a compelling virtual viewing experience. It can be published directly on property portals, social media or integrated into a commercial presentation.

New development overflights

For developers, the drone accompanies the project at every phase: land before acquisition (environmental study), construction in progress (sales communication and progress tracking), handover (visuals for the building's digital record). A quarterly overflight mission creates a visual narrative of the project that feeds the sales process.

Commercial and investment properties

Offices, warehouses, retail units: professional aerial photography enhances commercial assets for tender documents, investor presentations and portfolio transactions. It also documents the condition of roofing and facades accessible from above.

The regulatory framework

Flying a drone over private property or in urban areas requires compliance with French aviation regulations. An amateur using a recreational drone without authorisation faces penalties and offers no insurance coverage in the event of an incident.

Our pilots hold the required professional qualifications (DGAC specific category) and carry professional liability insurance covering all our missions. We manage all necessary flight declarations and authorisations, including in restricted zones.

What makes the difference: light and timing

The quality of a real estate aerial photograph largely depends on shooting conditions. We plan every mission considering:

• Property orientation — to favour the raking light of morning or evening depending on the main facade
• Season — some properties are best photographed with full vegetation, others with autumn colours or winter clarity
• Weather — partially overcast sky rather than harsh direct sun (hard shadows), golden hour for warm, flattering light

We systematically offer one or two reschedule slots in the event of unfavourable weather on the planned day.
