Designing a coherent information system is only worth it if it translates into practice. Consulting and architecture I carry personally: you have a single point of contact, responsible from framing to trajectory. When delivery comes, I assemble and lead a team of qualified freelancers — the same standard, with the capacity to ship.
Two ways to intervene
Cross-functional
I bring an overall reading of your information system: aligning strategy, business processes, applications and infrastructure. Useful when local decisions no longer hold together and a legible trajectory must be re-established.
On a specific domain
I intervene on a defined scope — an application overhaul, an urbanisation building block, a structuring choice. A short, framed contribution, without mobilising an entire transformation.
Taking the helm during a sensitive phase
I take operational responsibility for a function or a programme during a sensitive phase: a vacant key position, the launch of a structuring initiative, the recovery of a troubled project. The aim is not to settle in, but to stabilise, move things forward, then hand over to a team that regains control on sound foundations.
